Arbitration proceedings

Consists in disputes involving patent attorneys and their clients to request the possibility of alternative dispute resolution in the Chamber of Patent Attorneys in Munich (according to § 69 para 5 PatAnwO; on the Internet via the homepage of the Patent Bar, www.patentanwaltskammer.de).

In the case of disputes between Attorneys and their Clients, arbitration of the dispute is possible, upon request, before the Hanseatic Bar Association Hamburg (Hanseatische Rechtsanwaltskammer Hamburg) (pursuant to Article 73 paragraph 2 subparagraph 3 in conjunction with Article 73 paragraph 5 BRAO) or the Attorneys' Arbitration Board (Article 191f BRAO) at the Federal Bar Association, to be found on the internet at the website of the Federal Bar Association (www.brak.de), e-mail: schlichtungsstelle@brak.de.
